PUBLIC SPEAKING (BEST WAYS TO REDUCE STRESS)

SPEECH

Hye again guys, today my teacher gave me a task. The task of to do a speech about best ways to reduce stress. 

Stress is the body's reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental, and emotional responses. Stress is a normal part of life. You can experience stress from your environment, your body, and your thoughts.

There are many ways to reduce our stress. One of the ways is to spend more time with family.


  • There is no place like home and no better firend than your own family
  • Give you a cushion to everyday stress and allows you to release stress levels by having an engaging and heart connecting conversation.

Next, always holding positive thoughts in every situation.


  • You can develope stratergies to turn this into constructive or positive thoughts
  • Negative self talk is likely to contribute to a pessimistic view on life
Lastly, chew gum.


  • One study showed that people who chewed gum had a greater sense of wellbeing and lower stress level
  • One possible explanation  is that chewing gum cause brain waves similar to those of relaxed people. Another is that chewing gum promotes blood flow to your brain.
